I am a proven business manager, director and senior leader with a passion for people management and a strong background in operational excellence. As a true team player, I excel at bringing out the best in those around me. I am highly-organised, trusted and professional in everything I undertake, with a track record in leading and implementing a number of cross-departmental, transformative projects.
During my time with Critical Software, through an investment in people, I oversaw the growth of the UK business’ revenue by a factor of five and profits increasing tenfold. Equally important had been nurturing the company’s culture, achieved through compassionate leadership and a democratic, collaborative management style. This work culminating in steering Critical to a Gold Award from Investors In People in March 2021. Overall, this was the most successful period in Critical’s 20+ year history.
Prior to Critical, my experience was predominately in software systems within the aerospace and defence sectors, working at the cutting-edge of multi-million pound projects: delivering on time, on quality, and on budget.
